Archer Search Partners is a retained executive talent consultancy focused on increasing the success of alternative asset managers through strategic hiring for investment and distribution roles at the senior and midlevel. After nearly a decade together as a team, Archer seeks to take advantage of our unparalleled relationships and experience within our niche market, while overlaying the latest proprietary research and data analytics to provide thorough and quantifiable solutions to our clients. Further, we believe that independent asset managers are often shorthanded in People Analytics and Human Resources. Thus we provide a live client portal for search transparency.

Additional services include Fractional HR vertical, which provides customized HR solutions expanding outside of search. The firm also provides subscription-based talent mapping and research services.

Based in Greenwich, CT, Archer partners directly with business owners to help achieve the very best in talent outcomes. We look forward to sharing more about our capabilities.
