Robby Avery

Robby Avery, CFA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in private equity and corporate development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ARCHER Systems, LLC since December 2018, Robby previously held the position of Principal at LKCM Headwater Investments, focusing on lower middle market private equity with a commitment to funding and operational strategies. Prior to that, Robby served as a Senior Associate at The Riverside Company, specializing in growth-oriented investments. Robby's earlier career includes a role as Senior Manager of Corporate Development & Planning at Eaton Corporation, where responsibilities included leading acquisition assessments, and as an Analyst in Gas & Power Marketing at ExxonMobil. Robby holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in chemical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
