Abigail Gray has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and engineering industry. Abigail started their career at Rockwell Collins in 2010 as a Technical Intern, where they gained experience in GPS Navigation, Internal Flight Deck Components, and Satellite Tracking Systems. Abigail then worked as a Systems Engineering Co-op at Rockwell Collins from 2014 to 2016, where they focused on tasks such as requirements documentation and system testing for a USAF tanker program. Abigail also assisted in the creation of an extension for Enterprise Architect.

In 2016, Abigail joined UTC Aerospace Systems as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, where they designed new tooling for operators using Solidworks. Abigail then moved to Lockheed Martin in 2017, where they worked as a Systems Engineer Sr. in the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) - Skunkworks division. Here, they aided program management in defining streamlined business practices and supported multiple proposal efforts. Abigail managed a team of 12 engineers and executed wind tunnel tests.

Abigail is currently working at Archer as the Director of Systems and Specialty Engineering. Abigail previously held the positions of Senior Manager, Systems and Specialty Engineering, and Sr Systems Engineer. Overall, Abigail has demonstrated their expertise in systems engineering, manufacturing, and project management throughout their career.

Abigail Gray earned a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Iowa State University between 2012 and 2017.
