Alan Chen

Alan Chen is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as GNC Lead at Archer, an aerospace company dedicated to developing all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft for improved urban mobility, since January 2020. Prior to this role, Alan held various positions at Wisk from June 2010 to January 2020, including Lead Engineer for Controls and Senior Flight Controls Engineer. Alan's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
