Benjamin Williamson

Benjamin Williamson is an accomplished experimental test pilot currently supporting Archer as an Experimental Test Pilot, focusing on the development and certification of the Midnight eVTOL aircraft. With extensive experience spanning from July 1998 to present, Benjamin has held key positions including Senior Experimental Test Pilot at Sikorsky and Director of Safety and Standardization at the US Naval Test Pilot School, where oversight included the training of over 70 test pilots and engineers annually. Notable military roles include Future Operations Officer for Maritime Infrastructure Protection in the US Navy and various positions within the Navy's rotary wing programs, demonstrating a proven track record in operational test leadership and safety standards. Benjamin holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and multiple aviation certifications, enhancing an extensive background in aerospace and flight safety.
