Bill Libby is a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with extensive experience in avionics and embedded systems development. Currently at Archer since February 2023, Bill previously worked at Mercury Systems focusing on DO-178 avionics software for the MV-22 Osprey and at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions as a Senior Software Test Engineer. Additional experience includes roles at Lockheed Martin, where Bill designed ARINC-429 bus interfaces and telemetry downlinks, and at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems as a Software Engineer. Bill has a background in motion control and data collection applications, having worked at D&K Engineering, Crane Aerospace, and Qualcomm. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, obtained between 1976 and 1980.
