Brian Mesing

Brian Mesing is an experienced aerospace professional with a passion for aviation, beginning their flying journey at 16. They currently serve as the Certification Chief of Staff at Archer, overseeing certification processes and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. Previously, Brian held various roles, including Program Manager at Virgin Galactic and Staff PM at Joby Aviation, where they managed the development of innovative aerospace products. Brian’s extensive background includes work at Bell Helicopter and Piper Aircraft, where they led teams in new product development, certification efforts, and flight test activities. Academically, Brian earned a BS in Aeronautical Technology from Purdue University and an MS in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.
