Brian S.

Brian S. has extensive work experience in quality and operational roles. Brian is currently serving as the Head of Quality at Archer since March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Quality & Operational Excellence at Sierra Nevada Corporation from September 2018 to March 2023.

Before their time at Sierra Nevada Corporation, Brian held various roles at L3 Technologies, including Vice President of Operations, Sector Quality Functional Lead, and Division Quality Director from 2013 to 2018.

Earlier in their career, Brian served as the Global Quality Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2010 to 2013 and as a Sr. Engineering Manager at Harris Corporation from 2007 to 2010.

Brian began their career as a Marine Officer in the US Marine Corps, where they served from 1992 to 2007.

Brian S. has a Master of Science (MSc) in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Brian also holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Management from Webster University from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, Brian has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Physics from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, achieved from 1989 to 1992. Brian has obtained several certifications, including Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from ASQ, Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the Center for Coaching Certification, Internal Auditor from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Harris Corporation, Negotiation from the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET), Security Clearance: TS - SCI (inactive) from the United States Department of Defense, and Situational Leadership Trainer from The Center for Leadership Studies.
