Dave Okun

Dave Okun is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Test Equipment Build at Archer since May 2025, Dave leads a team in designing and building test equipment for in-house applications. As the Owner and Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at DOKE Design, Inc., since December 2022, Dave provides consulting services in mechanical design and project management. Previously, from March 2021 to December 2023, Dave held the position of Sr. Principal Mechanical Design Engineer at Enovix Corporation, focusing on the design of tools and equipment to enhance battery manufacturing processes. Additionally, Dave was the Owner and Chief Mechanical Design Engineer at DOKE Design from 1994 to 2021, where the firm specialized in mechanical design consulting and custom equipment design. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
