Dustan Weaver

Dustan Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dustan is currently the Director of Quality at Archer since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Lab126 as a Senior Quality Engineering Manager from January 2020 to October 2021. Dustan also served as a Quality Manager at Aperia Technologies from January 2019 to January 2020. Prior to their role at Aperia Technologies, they held various positions at Lockheed Martin, including ATC Quality Manager, Supplier Quality Manager, Staff Project Manager, and Supplier Quality Engineer Senior. Dustan started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at ImpactXoft. Overall, Dustan has demonstrated expertise in quality management, supplier oversight, engineering, and testing throughout their career.

Dustan Weaver earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University in 2003. Later, they pursued an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. in Business Management from Arizona State University, completing them in 2011 and 2010 respectively. In 2010, they also obtained certifications as a Black Belt and Certified Quality Engineer from Arizona State University and ASQ - World Headquarters.
