Erina Nesbit

Erina Nesbit is a Guidance Navigation and Controls Engineer at Archer since January 2024, with previous experience as a Controls Engineer at Mainspring Energy from February 2020 to December 2023. Erina's academic background includes a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Professional achievements include developing a novel feedrate optimization method for 5-axis CNCs, which resulted in significant reductions in contouring error and process cycle time, as well as presenting research at the Virtual Machining Process Technology conference in 2019. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Student in the MEMS Department at Bosch and an internship in Industrial Engineering at Canada Post.
