Jason Facundus is a skilled engineer and pilot with extensive experience in unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and model aircraft piloting. Currently serving as a Subscale Test Engineer and Pilot at Archer since September 2022, Jason has previously held roles such as UAS Specialist II at Amazon Prime Air and Flight Test Operations Lead at Zipline International Inc., where responsibilities included leading flight test operations and collaborating on logistics systems. Jason's expertise also extends to precision flying and landing in the RC hobbyist sector, with over 160 model aircraft and multi-rotors designed and operated. A former UGV Operator for defense contractors, Jason has a background in geology as a Project Geologist at Geohazards, Inc., and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from the University of Florida.
