Joseph Pantalone serves as the Head of Archer Defense & Advanced Programs at Archer Aviation. They have an extensive background in engineering and management, having worked at Sikorsky from 1996 to 2020 as a Senior Technical Fellow and Chief Engineer, among other roles.
