Kurt Wagner

Kurt Wagner is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Archer since November 2021, Kurt focuses on advancing sustainable air mobility through the development of the world's first electric airline. Prior to this role, Kurt held the position of Principal Engineering Manager at Safran Electronics & Defense, Avionics USA, LLC. from February 2019 to November 2021, contributing to products such as horizontal stabilizer actuator systems. Kurt’s career began at Rockwell Collins, where from June 2001 to February 2019, Kurt progressed from Electrical Engineer to Senior Engineering Manager, focusing on autopilot hardware design and integration. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Iowa State University, and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
