Madelyn Hossei

Madelyn Hossei, Ph.D., is a Staff Structural Engineer at Archer, where they focus on developing innovative engineering solutions. With extensive experience in mechanical and aerospace engineering, they have held key positions at Virgin Galactic, Procter & Gamble, and BLUE ORIGIN, leading teams in modeling and simulation as well as loads and dynamics. Madelyn earned a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from The University of Akron and is pursuing a PhD in Computational Mechanics from Purdue University. They possess deep expertise in finite element modeling, material characterization, and additive manufacturing techniques.
