Matthew Kweder

Matthew Kweder currently serves as the Manager of Materials and Processes at Archer since January 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew spent 17 years at Hexcel Corporation, where positions included Senior Materials and Processes Engineering Team Lead and Research and Technology Engineering Group Leader, focusing on the development of composite materials and processes for various industries. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Research and Technology Applications Engineer, specializing in compression molding composite materials for aerospace applications. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
