McKay Johnson

McKay Johnson is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at Archer since March 2025, McKay contributes to the innovative development of eVTOL aircraft for urban air mobility. As a Co-Founder and Strategy & Operations lead at The Sneaker Project LA, McKay has played a pivotal role in establishing the organization’s business model and donation strategy. Previous experience includes positions as a Business Operations Manager at Leverege, where McKay supported the deployment of IoT solutions, and as a Business Operations Intern at SucceedSmart, focusing on data analysis and venture capital support. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Sociological Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
