Michael Johansen

Michael Johansen is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in assembly and integration, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Archer since January 2023. Previously, Michael worked at Matternet Inc from October 2020 to January 2023, where contributions included significantly reducing build and service times for drone components, streamlining training processes, and enhancing quality control measures. Prior roles involved internships in flight testing at Impossible Aerospace and hardware testing at Nuro, as well as engineering positions with Spartan Racing and Capitol Auto Care, focusing on design, fabrication, and client interaction. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San José State University and an Associate of Science in Engine Performance from De Anza College.
