Phil Abernethy

Phil Abernethy is an experienced professional in avionics and systems integration, currently serving as a System Specialist at Archer since August 2021. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Chief Inspector and Lead Avionics Installer at Sparkchasers Aircraft Services from August 2013 to August 2021, where responsibilities included inspections, full avionics retrofits, certifications, training, and ensuring FAA compliance. Earlier, Phil completed an internship at Brookhaven National Laboratory in 2010, working in the Physics Department at ACU. Phil holds a degree in Physics Engineering, with a minor in Business and Theology, from Abilene Christian University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
