Roland Smith

Roland Smith is a Senior Manager Electric Engine Design at Archer, with previous experience as a Product Design Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Apple. Prior to that, Roland worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Applied Materials and as a Senior Engineer at CSA Engineering. Roland holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelors degree from the University of California, Davis. Roland specializes in designing custom solutions for vibration and precision motion control problems, from fabrication to deployment for customers.
