Terry Foss

Terry Foss is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and avionics, currently serving as the Engineering Director of Wiring at Archer since October 2025 and an Electrical Engineer at Piper Aircraft since December 2024. Prior roles at Gulfstream Aerospace included Engineering EWIS Team Lead and Engineering Manager for Electrical Harnesses, where responsibilities spanned managing design, supporting failure analysis, and developing strategies for compliance with stringent EWIS requirements. Notably, Terry led the design requirements for the G650 Aircraft's EWIS and co-developed innovative flight control systems that integrated multiple technologies. Previous experience includes tenure as an Avionics Engineer at Learjet Inc and a Flight Test Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace, with an educational background from Georgia Southern University.
