Tiago Lima is currently the GNC Manager at Archer, building on extensive experience in flight control laws from previous roles at Lilium and Embraer. Between 2010 and 2018 at Embraer, they developed full fly-by-wire control laws and supported flight testing and certification for various aircraft. At Lilium in 2020, Tiago led a team in the development and certification of Flight Control Laws for the Lilium Jet, significantly expanding the team and contributing to critical design reviews. Tiago holds a Master's degree in Systems and Controls and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica.
