Cameron Roth

Cameron Roth is a seasoned professional in Organizational Change Management (OCM) with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director at ArcherGrey since May 2023, Cameron is responsible for building and leading the OCM consulting practice, developing comprehensive programs for client transformation initiatives. Previously, Cameron held the position of Senior Manager at Cognizant from November 2015 to May 2023, where significant projects included the overhaul of Finance/Supply Chain ERP and corporate HCM for 1,700 employees. Earlier experience includes roles at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, where Cameron delivered change programs for various technology transformations, and internships at British Petroleum and the USC Hillel Foundation, enhancing operational analysis and marketing strategies. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
