Brian Chase has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Brian is currently the Managing Director of Digital Forensics at ArcherHall, where they provide forensic data collection, analysis, and expert witness testimony. In addition, they have served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, teaching trial skills to law students and preparing them for national trial competitions. Brian has also owned their own law office and technology consulting firm in the past. Brian has worked as an Attorney at Ronald Zack, PLC, an Associate at Douglas B. Levy, P.C., and a Law Clerk at Slutes, Sakrison & Rogers, P.C. Brian has also held research and student attorney positions at The University of Arizona and Pima County, respectively. Prior to their legal career, Brian worked as a Windows Support Specialist at the College of Engineering, University of Arizona.

Brian Chase received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Information Systems from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management in 2008. Brian then went on to pursue their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, completing their legal education in 2011. Additionally, Brian obtained various certifications throughout their career, including being admitted as an Attorney by the State Bar of Arizona in 2011, and most recently, obtaining certification as an Attorney from the New York State Bar Association in 2021. Brian also holds certifications in computer investigation and forensic examination from AccessData and the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS).
