James Griffith is currently the Global Head of Engineering at Archer Integrated Risk Management, bringing a wealth of experience as a product and engineering leader across various industries. Previously, they served as the Director of Software Engineering at RSA Security, where they co-led an agile transformation and managed a team overseeing SaaS and OnPrem enterprise software. With a background in software development, quality assurance, and project management, James has also contributed significantly to Dell Technologies and other organizations throughout their career. James holds an MA in Earth Science from the University of Oxford.
