Beth Ulrich

Beth Ulrich is the current Payroll & Benefits Administrator at ArcherPoint. Beth has held this position since May of 2022. Prior to that, Beth was the HR/Payroll Administrator at Fisher & Thompson, Inc. from November of 2014 to May of 2022. In this role, Beth administered all aspects of employee benefits for the 100+ employees at Fisher & Thompson, including open enrollment meetings, paperwork, answering questions, and claim issues. Beth also handled employee issues and complaints via one-on-one and/or group meetings, processed all aspects of payroll for 100+ employees on a bi-weekly basis, including required reporting, and managed all aspects of hiring new employees, including advertising, evaluating incoming applications, conducting interviews, assessing pay scales, and executing new hire orientation. In addition, Beth maintained employee records in Microsoft NAV and electronically, evaluated employee benefits and pay on a yearly basis and made recommendations as needed, and led a safety committee to ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety at all nine company locations. Beth also maintained paperwork, leased vehicle ordering, renewals, and fuel card program for the fleet of 90+ vehicles.

Before their time at Fisher & Thompson, Beth was a School Board Member for the Conestoga Valley School District from November of 2011 to January of 2016.

Beth Ulrich has a BS in Sport and Exercise Science from Messiah University. Beth also went to Southern Regional High School.
