Familiarizes the recruiting team with opportunities and mediums to find talent, keeping cost and quality in mind at all times. Builds strong relationships with candidates to develop a strong virtual bench and create a world-class candidate experience. Represents JLL externally as a cultural steward with the utmost integrity and strong focus on quality relationships. Creates a strong brand identity through the use of JLL's social media platform. Creates marketing materials and looks for opportunities to brand JLL in new markets as well as in the areas of highest demand.

Matt Cypher completed their undergraduate degree at DePaul University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Matt then went on to get a certification from Culture Index in Culture Index Executive Training.
