Tyler Doerner is a Retail Sales Executive at ArcherPoint. Prior to joining ArcherPoint, Tyler served as Vice President of Sales at WatServ from February 2014 to October 2021. In this role, Tyler was responsible for leveraging WatServ's strong learning platform for the specific needs of Retail, Professional Services, Financial services and Professional Associations to make the most of their training and development initiatives.

From April 2012 to February 2014, Tyler was an Account Executive - Corporate at Desire2Learn where they were responsible for achieving high performance individual sales and profitability objectives in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, Tyler created interest and demand through the selling of Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions to mid and upper mid-market companies, with a specific focus on new client acquisition. Tyler was successful in selling Dynamics AX, NAV, GP, CRM and associated implementation services. Tyler rapidly built from the ground up, a qualified sales pipeline consisting of companies in the following industry sectors: financial services, life sciences, service management, discrete and process manufacturing and distribution.

In addition to new client acquisitions, Tyler's responsibilities at Desire2Learn also included managing a select few key existing customer accounts in order to ensure the quality of our software and services is meeting their needs.

Tyler's experience in sales, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions, makes him a valuable asset to ArcherPoint. Tyler's experience in managing key customer accounts will be instrumental in ensuring ArcherPoint

After completing a Honors Bachelor of Business Administration at Trent University, Tyler Doerner attended Centennial College to become a Robotics Technologist specializing in Automation and Robotics.
