Archetype Corp. is a Tokyo-based business architect firm that designs winning structures with AI and data.

We have supported over 70 new business development initiatives at major Japanese corporations. For technology-rich enterprises seeking to commercialize their strengths in new domains, we provide end-to-end support—from concept to implementation.

■ Four Services

1. Innovation Organization Strategy
We build innovation not as an abstract "culture" but as a designable "system." Using a three-axis framework—Roles, Structure, and Evaluation—we quantify the gap between executive intent and frontline reality, then construct a winning structure.

2. Corporate Incubation (Intrapreneurship)
End-to-end support from idea solicitation to commercialization. We design the optimal "exit"—carve-outs, joint ventures, or business unit spin-offs—from the earliest stages, ensuring new businesses do not die in the PoC phase.

3. Open Innovation Execution
Leveraging our group VC network, we combine the agility of startups with the assets of large corporations. We do not stop at matchmaking; as PMO, we accompany clients through real-world implementation.

4. AI-Driven Business Development
We embed AI across the entire business development process—from market exploration to business model design—dramatically accelerating the hypothesis-validation cycle and enabling data-driven decisions.

■ Our Credo

"Building the archetype of your business—together."

We do not finish with a strategy deck. We engage as practitioners who roll up their sleeves. Rather than delivering a report, we co-design PoCs with founders and take responsibility through concrete exits: business unit spin-offs and carve-outs.

■ Sharing Our Knowledge

From our book "Innovation Mechanisms: Success Stories from 7 Global Enterprises on Innovation Organizations" (Amazon KDP) to industry reports and diagnostic tools, we actively share the insights we have accumulated.
