Cecile Robin

Cecile Robin has extensive experience in various roles within the communications and consulting industry. Cecile currently holds the position of Executive Vice President EMEA & Head of People Development & Culture at Archetype, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of People Development & Culture, Europe at Archetype from October 2022 to November 2022. Before joining Archetype, Cecile worked at Text100 where they held the position of Vice President EMEA, Client Development from March 2015 to November 2022. Cecile also worked as a Managing Consultant at Text100 from April 2012 to February 2015. Prior to their time at Text100, Cecile worked at Text 100 as a Senior Account Director from 2009 to 2011, a Senior Account Manager from October 2008 to October 2009, and as a Consultant from October 2000 to November 2008. Cecile began their career as a Junior Consultant at Beau Fixe from 1998 to 1999.
