Riyang Phang

Riyang Phang, PhD, is a behavioral scientist and organizational psychologist currently serving as an external consultant for Archetype and a lead advisor for the Behavioral Science Center of Excellence at UnionBank of the Philippines. Riyang has previously held positions as an associate lecturer at Singapore University of Social Sciences and an assistant professor at American University of Central Asia, where they developed graduate-level courses and conducted significant research in organizational behavior. With a PhD from Nanyang Technological University, Riyang has also contributed to research and analytics in population health as a senior research fellow at National University Health System and has been a visiting researcher at Singapore-ETH Centre. Their expertise includes social simulation modeling, employee engagement, and strategic human resource management.
