Riyang Phang

Riyang Phang, PhD, is a behavioral scientist and organizational psychologist currently serving as an external consultant on behavioral science frameworks and methodologies. They have held positions as an associate lecturer at Singapore University of Social Sciences and as an assistant professor at the American University of Central Asia. With extensive research experience, they have contributed to studies such as the GLOBE Study for Kyrgyzstan and have been awarded grants and accolades for their work, including best paper at the 7th International Conference on Behavioral and Social Computing. Riyang received their PhD in Strategy, Management, & Organization from Nanyang Technological University, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honours in Human Resource Consulting and Psychology.
