Timothy Constantine

Timothy Constantine is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Highmark BCBSD Inc., Timothy also participates in the Strategic Steering Committee for the United Way of Delaware. As a Volunteer Mentor for SCORE Mentors Delaware, Timothy provides valuable consultation to entrepreneurs. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at Highmark Inc. and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware, culminating in tenure as President and CEO. Timothy's educational background includes a B.B.A. in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland.
