Recognized by sommeliers as ‘the Rolls-Royce of Tonics’, Archibald is now a House of Hors du Commun Non-Alcoholic Craft...

OUR VISION

To create a non-alcoholic world the likes of which no one has ever seen.
Driven by an obsession with taste, excellence and absolute precision, we believe non-alcoholic creations deserve the nobility, complexity and emotion of a great wine or spirit.
We do not craft beverages: we craft experiences — for sommeliers, chefs, and all those who seek the extraordinary.
Unapologetically Hors du Commun.

OUR SAVOIR-FAIRE — 200 YEARS OF FAMILY HERITAGE

Born in our family distillery founded in 1830 between Cognac and Bordeaux — independent and passed down through six generations — Archibald perpetuates a noble craft: distilling botanicals, building aromatic complexity, achieving perfect balance through precise blending, and mastering bitters, especially gentian.
In close collaboration with the wild-plant gatherers of Auvergne, we reveal the truest expression of each botanical.
A living heritage, reinvented for gastronomic non-alcoholic creations.

OUR CREATIONS

The Archibald Collection:
• The Sipping Tonic — regarded as “the Rolls-Royce of Tonics”
• The Sipping Ginger Beer — a refined alternative, with half the sugar
• La Réserve — exploratory, rare cuvées, including a first creation aged 100 days in oak
To be enjoyed on their own, or used to lengthen the finest spirits — without ever masking them.

GASTRONOMY LEADS THE WAY

Served in more than 150 Michelin-starred restaurants in France, Japan, Australia and beyond, Archibald has become a signature sought after by Chefs and Sommeliers for its absolute quality, balance and singular aromatic identity — whether to lengthen a spirit or to offer a refined non-alcoholic experience.
