Sofia Siachou

Sofia Siachou has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the energy sector, currently serving as a Proposal Manager at Archirodon Group N.V. since January 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating bid processes and managing multiple proposals. Prior to this role, Sofia spent nearly three decades at PPC S.A. in various leadership positions, including Director of the HEP Engineering, Construction and Contracts Unit, overseeing large hydropower projects, and Director of the RES Development Unit, focusing on renewable energy projects across Southeastern Europe. Sofia's earlier roles also encompassed business development and regulatory affairs, with significant involvement in hydropower projects in Greece and the Balkans. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Soil Mechanics and Engineering Seismology from Imperial College London and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
