Yeji Kan has a diverse work experience in the field of interior design and graphic design. Yeji started their career as a Front Desk Assistant at Tacoma Community College in 2014. In 2017, they joined the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) as the Graphics Chair, a role they held until 2019. During this time, they also served as an Undergrad Teaching Assistant at Washington State University (WSU), providing assistance to Interior Design students and aiding professors with grading and plan development. Yeji was also appointed as the School of Design and Construction Gallery Student Curator at WSU, where they were responsible for curating exhibits, designing the exhibit space, and preparing refreshments.
In 2018, Yeji Kan worked as a Facilities Designer Lead at Washington State University - Carson College of Business. In this role, they were responsible for the design and production of digital signages, wayfinding, and touch screen graphics. Yeji also provided project support and assistance to other designers.
From 2019 to 2020, Yeji Kan worked as an Interior Designer at HDG Architecture, where they gained experience in all aspects of interior design. Yeji then joined Archisketch in 2020, first as an Interior Designer and later as a Brand Manager. In this position, they were responsible for generating interior ideas, floor planning, implementing 3D renderings, managing content postings on social media, and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Throughout their career, Yeji Kan has demonstrated a strong passion for design and has honed their skills in interior design, graphic design, and project management.
Yeji Kan attended Washington State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
