Matthew Young

Matthew Young has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matthew currently works as a Customer Success Manager at ArchiStar.ai since February 2019. Prior to this, they owned and operated Grass 2 Garden Farm, an urban farm specializing in organic produce, from March 2017. As the business owner, Matthew successfully built long-term customer relationships and achieved profitability within the first year.

From 2007 to 2017, Matthew worked at CoreLogic Australia, initially as a Product Trainer and Technical Support from November 2007 to June 2010. Matthew then became the Head Trainer, overseeing a team of three software trainers and leading the Customer Support aspect of the Cordell Connect construction project database. Matthew played a key role in developing the Cordell Connect Masterclass training course curriculum.

Matthew's experience in the retail industry includes working at Reece Pty Ltd from 2004 to 2007. Matthew started as an Assistant Store Manager, quickly advancing to a Store Manager position. As the Store Manager, they improved store audit scores and increased store gross profit within a short period of time.

In the early stages of their career, Matthew worked at Indigo Products Ltd as a Technical Administrator from 2000 to 2003. Matthew was responsible for managing technical issues related to product manufacture and supply. Matthew'smain achievement was implementing system changes to improve department efficiency during staff shortages. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Estimator at Jeld-Wen (formerly Rugby Joinery) from 1995 to 1999. Matthew managed the Estimating department and simplified the quotation process for special products.

Matthew's career started as a Management Trainee at John Carr Joinery (later Rugby Joinery) in 1992. Through the management training scheme, they gained experience across various departments and successfully completed the program. Matthew then went on to become a Technical Estimator at Rugby Joinery Melton Mowbray.

Matthew Young attended Loughborough University from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an HNC in Business and Finance. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1989, they completed their 'A' Levels in Geography, Economics, and English at Adwick Sixth Form in Adwick Le Street, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, UK.
