Isha Khorrdi

Isha Khorrdi has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Isha is currently working at Architech as a Talent and Culture Specialist, where they have held multiple roles since joining in 2021, including Sr Talent Specialist, Talent Specialist, and Technical Recruiter. Prior to Architech, Isha worked as an IT Recruiter at STACK IT Recruitment Inc. from 2019 to 2020, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting and sourcing candidates. Isha also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Resolve Recruit Inc. in 2019, where they sourced and pre-screened candidates for various client job orders. Before that, Isha worked as an Information Technology Recruiter at Astra-North Infoteck Inc. from 2018 to 2019, where they head-hunted candidates and coordinated communication between candidates and clients. Isha began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at InterGlobe Technology Quotient in 2009, where they coordinated meetings, developed job postings, and screened applications. Isha also worked as a Human Resources Representative at Wipro Technologies Pvt Ltd from 2008 to 2009, where they provided HR services to clients and identified process gaps.

Isha Khorrdi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from R. C. Patel Institute of Technology, Shirpur. Isha then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2014 and 2015. Later, they completed a Human Resources Management Certificate from Sheridan College in 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they also received a Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Sheridan College.
