Ross Dowd

Ross Dowd is a Design Strategist at Architecture Plus Information (A+I) since November 2022 and co-founder of Spree, an exercise app aimed at reducing frailty risk in older adults, which won 1st prize at the Global Design Challenge for Sport and Physical Activity in 2021. Previous roles include part-time lecturer and Interaction Design Bureau+ Coordinator at the National College of Art & Design, exhibiting artist for Science Gallery Dublin’s BIAS exhibition, and Industrial Design Lead at Nokia Bell Labs. Ross has a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from the National College of Art & Design, and has been involved in various design projects, exhibitions, and collaborations within the intersection of art and technology.
