Jim Lancaster

Jim Lancaster is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in leading sales initiatives across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Archive360 since March 2022, Jim previously held significant roles at Serrala from November 2007 to April 2022, including Key Account Sales Executive and Regional Client Executive. Prior to Serrala, Jim worked in sales and management at HDS from July 2004 to December 2007, and at IXOS Software AG from 1998 to 2004. Jim holds a BA in Fine Arts and Human Resources from Judson University, which was completed between 1978 and 1981.
