Jill Oller

Jill Oller has extensive experience in human resources leadership, having held various positions in prominent organizations. Most recently, Oller served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ArchKey Solutions from January 2019 to February 2023, following roles as Vice President and Human Resources Director at ArchKey/Sachs. Prior experience includes roles at Graybar, where Oller was Director of Sales and Service, overseeing a $150M sales team, as well as Corporate Director of Human Resources, and Employment and Labor Relations Manager. Oller's earlier career includes significant human resources roles at Missouri Baptist Medical Center and BJC Home Care. Oller holds a Bachelor of Science in Historical Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
