Leslie Borgmeyer

Leslie Borgmeyer has been working in the talent acquisition field since 2004. In 2008, they began working as a Senior Recruiter at Linn State Technical College. Two years later, they moved to East Central College as a Recruiter. In 2010, they became a Project Specialist at Saint Louis Community College. In 2011, Leslie took on the role of Assistant Director of Recruitment at EDMC. In 2017, they became a Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Manager at Reckitt. In 2019, Leslie joined Advanced Technology Group (ATG) as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, University/DEI. In 2021, Leslie took on the role of Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, R&D/Products Lead at PTC. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as the Director Talent Acquisition at ArchKey Solutions.

Leslie Borgmeyer completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Communication, General from East Central College in 1998-2000. Leslie then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southeast Missouri State University in 2000-2002. Finally, Leslie obtained a Master of Education Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2006-2008. Additionally, Leslie has obtained a Veterans At Work Certificate from SHRM in July 2022.
