Jan Luca Ernst is a seasoned finance professional and growth manager with extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic project management. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Archlet since October 2021, Jan has previously held significant roles such as Operational Excellence Manager at Bühler Group, where notable accomplishments included managing improvement projects and developing efficiency KPIs. Jan's consulting experience spans various industries, including work with startups, automotive companies, and non-profit organizations, and includes roles as a student consultant at Daimler AG and business development student at Volocopter GmbH.
