Javier Garmón

Javier Garmón is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in software engineering, digital transformation, and education. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Archlet and as an MBA professor at the Industriales Escuela de Negocios - Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Javier also teaches Amazon Web Services at ISDI and plays a pivotal role at Celera, a talent accelerator. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer at Capchase and Payvision, where significant architectural migrations were achieved. As an advisor and CTO at Peoople and 21 Buttons, Javier contributed to platforms with over 10 million users. Javier holds degrees in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
