Deepa Rao

Deepa R. has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Deepa is currently the Director of HR at ArchLynk, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Krypt, Inc. from January 2018 to November 2022, where they served as the Global Human Resources Manager. Before that, Deepa was an Assistant Manager in HR at Xiaomi Technology from September 2015 to January 2018. Deepa'sresponsibilities included employee relations, HR operations management, reporting and auditing, and HR initiatives. Deepa also played a key role in training and development programs. Deepa's work experience also includes a Senior Executive position at Mu Sigma from May 2014 to September 2015, where they led campus hiring programs and utilized data-driven insights for recruitment strategies. Deepa also worked as a Sr. Executive in Talent Acquisition at Wipro BPO from August 2011 to May 2014, and as a Senior Recruitment Manager at Quetzal Verify Pvt Ltd from July 2010 to August 2011.

Deepa R. completed their education with an MBA in HR from DIMR, Pune, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BMS degree in Marketing from Guru Nanak Dev University, from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained multiple certifications in various topics related to HR, leadership, diversity and inclusion, and performance management from institutions like LinkedIn and Cornell University.
