We are group of young graduates who strongly believe that getting things organised collaboratively can help us progress collectively in future, on this dense and highly connected globe. Architectural services sector is currently highly fragmented sector with more than a million businesses across the globe, where the Indian companies feature in the bottom quartile of the world rankings by revenue.

We strongly believe that Indian companies can be among the top firms across the globe by locally collaborating with and supporting each other in an organised manner. In order to promote collaboration among the various stakeholder in the sector in an organised manner we bring to you our online platform ‘Arch-O-Net’ (Architects over Internet).

To get started we begin with an online hiring service for the college students and fresh graduates seeking internships or part-time/full-time employment opportunities in the sector, connecting them to interested recruiters. The platform has 2-fold advantage, firstly it is a one stop application window for interested candidates to apply to the listed companies and secondly it gives recruiters access the large database of the students to choose the right fit for their firm.

We would also like to welcome people from all backgrounds who have the passion to change the world and also want to help create a supportive and collaborative environment, to join our journey and be the part of the change.
