Megan Rogers

Megan Rogers is the Managing Partner at ArchPoint Engineering, a firm co-founded to provide integrated electrical testing, engineering, and project execution services. Prior to this role, Megan founded and led Solaris Project Solutions, a consultancy specializing in scheduling and project controls. With over 20 years of experience in Primavera P6 scheduling, project controls, and construction planning, Megan has supported various stakeholders in achieving clarity and structure in complex projects. Earlier in their career, Megan held positions as a Financial Analyst and Contracts Administrator at Boeing, as well as a Sales Representative at XTRA Intermodal. Megan earned their education at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
