Prior to this, they worked as the Global Executive Creative Director at Tommy Hilfiger from an unknown date to September 2022, where they led the development of creative and strategy teams and revitalized the brand's global position. Ben has also held positions at Archrival, where they served as the Founder and Head of Insights + Strategy, driving agency growth and overseeing global projects for clients. Before that, they were the Creative Director at Archrival and the Founder, Managing, and Creative Director at Brighten Creative, where they spearheaded various creative, business, and non-profit ventures. Ben's work has involved achieving significant revenue growth, launching industry-first publications, and collaborating with notable brands and clients in the industry.
Ben Harms earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Grace University, where they attended from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they studied Marketing and Organizational Leadership at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2001 to 2003. Ben later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Culture at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, completing the program from 2006 to 2008.
