Michele Featherston

Michele Featherston is an accomplished operations and project management leader with extensive experience at Archrival since April 2016, currently serving as the Director of Operations and previously as the Director of Project Management. Michele has a proven ability to make impactful decisions, guide team evolution, and enhance productivity through effective leadership and development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Geist Global as Project Manager for North America and Program Manager for Asia, where Michele focused on product changes, inefficiency resolution, and cost analysis. Earlier career positions included Harmonization Project Lead at GEIST Europe and an Operations Trainee role, coupled with experience as a Primary School Teacher and an intern. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies from Kansas State University and ongoing studies in Chinese Language and Literature at Shanghai University.
