John Watson

John Watson has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. John currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Flexitallic since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Archrock starting in 2019. From 2016 to 2022, they held various roles at OneSubsea and Cameron, including Director of Talent Management and Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Before that, they worked at Halliburton and KBR, where they held roles such as Global Staffing Manager and HR Supervisor. John began their career in the United States Navy as a Petty Officer Third Class. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in recruitment, training, development, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.

John Watson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Houston, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Creating Inclusive Learning Experiences and Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program from LinkedIn, as well as a certification in Talent Management from LinkedIn.
